Bruv Re Ner receives an average of 140 cm/y (55 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of snow during the pleasantly short winter months. Bruv Re Ner covers an area of nearly 5 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 6448 m (21154 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Bruv Re Ner was founded durring the late 13th century in winter of the year 1253, by Kêl Dordud. The establishment of Bruv Re Ner was somewhat plagued by a lack of willing colonists, leading to Kêl Dordud electing to pay people to resettle in Bruv Re Ner.
Bruv Re Ner was built using the conventions of Wood Elven durring the late 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Bruv Re Ner is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.
Bruv Re Ner is buildings folow an organic layout of premissive baked earthen streets whihch gives the town a shape simmilar to a tree, if one views its streets from above. The town has a defencive wall made from large clay bricks. The wall is constructed to the exact specifications of millitary fortifications, but the nature of its clay brick construction leaves it vulnerable to even outdated siege equipment. That said, the town is well defended against anything short of an army. The brittle defences has suffered a visible ammount of structural damage, leaving them effectivly useless. One can't help but wonder why the has not yet effected repairs.
Right off the bat Bruv Re Ner hits you in the face with its success. Everyone, even the peasants, are dressed in well made clothing. Every tool and implement you can see is finely made, and people will boast to you as obvious strangers of the wonders which can be found in their markets. More interestingly is a total lack of beggars, and plenty of new buildings are going up even as you speak. Somehow this town has come into quite a lot of wealth, and recently from the looks of things.
Civic Infrastructure
Bruv Re Ner has an Office of Civil Vicary, which is responsible for providing a livelyhood for all officialy recognised religious figures within Bruv Re Ner.

Bruv Re Ner has a Highwayman's Guild, which is tasked with maintaining the roads and highways leading into town as well as keeping them safe for travelers.
Bruv Re Ner has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Bruv Re Ner's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
Bruv Re Ner has an Arts Academy which provides higher education in many fields including math, language arts, philosophy, engineering, and other such disciplines.
Bruv Re Ner has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.
Bruv Re Ner has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Cultural Notes
One or more crime bosses have a powerful influence within Bruv Re Ner. They may control crime within the community itself, or they may use it simply as a safe haven from which to direct their minions elsewhere. Local law enforcement may know all about them, but lack the strength to confront them and their paid or intimidated henchmen.
Bruv Re Ner's garrison was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is best known for its functional shapes, abstract shapes used sparingly for decor, simple color schemes, holistic design, and basic industrial materials. Its simple designs were created to be beautiful, functional, and mass-producible. The style used little to no embellishment or ornamentation, instead drawing attention to the streamlined design, such as flat roofs to create a simple, geometric look. The simplicity masks the style's nearly sinister functionality, as every last feature is designed to guide the people living in the building in how to make the most efficient use of the structure.

The Mercane near Bruv Re Ner are known to be almost tame, such that they can be put to domestic use.
Bruv Re Ner's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in spring and involves orgies to channel Invocation energies of tier 3 via guttural bellowing.

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century, Bruv Re Ner was attacked by savage tribes living nearby Bruv Re Ner. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Bruv Re Ner lost 264 people, 253 livestock, and 56 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 134, when members of Bruv Re Ner's militia enacted an operation to deliver supplies to a specific group of civilians. The operation was complicated by aggravated civilians, who cause problems for the militia for a host of reasons. The conflict ended with a last stand against the enemy until a particular event occurred, which ended in a stalemate for Bruv Re Ner's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Bruv Re Ner's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
